Plant Sale Orders Due April 19
April 19 is the deadline to order your plants as part of Mercy’s Annual Plant Sale! What better way to welcome spring and prepare for Mother’s Day! Mercy High School is sponsoring a prepaid plant sale on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at Mercy High School’s Franey Hall. All proceeds support the Negotiated Tuition Program.
If you don’t need any plants consider making a free-will donation (not credited toward the student fundraising goal) to the Mercy High School Landscaping Committee – just add your donation to the totals at the bottom of the form and drop them off to the school or mail them by the deadline.
Regional nurseries provide the plants. A variety of colorful annual bedding plants and hanging baskets are offered. On pick-up day additional annuals and planters will be available for purchase outside of Franey Hall. All orders exceeding $175 to one address and on one order form will be eligible for free delivery.
Order forms must be completed and returned to Mercy High School with full payment by Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Orders should be picked up at the Pine Street entrance to Mercy on Saturday, May 6th between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. All sales are final. Flowers not picked up will be donated to a worthy cause.
Deliveries will occur on Friday, May 5th between 6:00-9:00 p.m. ONLY. Phone calls will be made to insure someone will be there to sign for the order.
We hope you will consider purchasing your spring bedding plants from us this year and encourage your friends, co-workers, neighbors, and relatives to take advantage of the sale – and help us raise money in the process.
Complete the order form. PLEASE FILL OUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION ACCURATELY.
If you have questions or would like additional order forms, please call the school office and ask for Sandy Gaydusek (402) 553-9424.
Your support enables us to plant tomorrow’s dreams and to grow gifts of opportunities for the young women of Mercy.
P.S. If you want your order to help an individual Mercy girl meet her fundraising goal, be sure to put her name at the TOP of the form under Student Seller so that she will be credited for the sale.
